Why should you train?
Training is the ideal way for customers to learn and understand:
- Hardware full presentation: during this training, Customers are able to get to see and learn the hardware parts that make a datalogger, such as sensors, display, etc… Operators are shown how to best use the datalogger before, during and after a project task, in order to be prepared upfront and memorize all standard procedure when they are on site.
- Installation guidance: Customer will be shown how the datalogger is connected to be operational. In addition, operators have the chance to generate discussion in relation to product maintenance during simulations provided by DAT instruments technical team.
- Software guidance: Customer will be guided through the DAT instruments software for data elaboration into final graphs/reports.
What types of worksite datalogger training can we offer you?
DAT ONLINE, online training
The online training is DAT instruments peer to peer videoconference webinar to teach and to introduce customers to the dataloggers main components and features.
It consists of a two 3hours sessions between an executive DAT instruments technician and the customer or the operator.
The training includes open discussions between the DAT team and the customers throughout the two training sessions.
DAT WORKSHOP, training day at the factory
The training day is carried at DAT instruments HQ factory in Italy (close to MILAN MALPENSA Airport). It consists of a 8hours day dedicated session between an executive DAT instruments technician and the customer or the operator.
At the end of the training, customers are handed a DAT instruments training certificate.
Lunch and transportation (to an Hotel of our suggestion) are included in the training package.
DAT ONSITE, installation and worksite datalogger training
The worksite datalogger training is DAT instruments full service installation and training for all Customers worldwide, provided by the company’s team. It consists of 4-10 (to be agreed) days dedicated session between an executive DAT instruments technician and the customer and the operators. Hardware and software training is performed with the worksite data.
At the end of the training the DAT instruments team will provide a detailed report in order to prepare a cooperative technical plan with the operators. At the end of the training, customers are mailed a DAT instruments training certificate.
